Job Description :

We are looking for a Workday Studio Integration Consultant with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Workday Studio and Workday HCM modules, along with solid understanding of HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors

- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Support Workday HCM modules and provide integration solutions for HR, Payroll, and Benefits processes

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flow across systems

- Document technical designs, configuration steps, and integration workflows

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for testing, deployment, and post-implementation support

Mandatory Skills :

- Workday Studio and Workday Integration expertise

- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM processes

- Experience with Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)

- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and data transformation methods

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Workday Payroll, Benefits, or Time Tracking modules

- Knowledge of cloud-based integration frameworks

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
