Workday Security Engineer

Role : Workday Security

Experience : 6-12 years

Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Ahmedabad, Coimbatore and Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain Workday security, including role-based access control across all areas of Workday security.

- Complete all mandatory trainings within specified timelines to stay updated with Workday security best practices.

- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user access issues promptly, providing clear guidance and education to users.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into secure technical solutions.

- Serve as a key point of contact for Workday security-related queries and client interactions.

- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and assist in audits as required.

- Continuously review and improve security configurations to enhance system integrity and user experience.

Qualifications :

- Proven hands-on experience in Workday security configuration and administration, including role-based access.

- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve user access concerns.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in client-facing roles.

- Ability to collaborate and work effectively across different teams and departments.

- Understanding of business processes to translate needs into technical solutions.

- Workday Security certification is highly desirable.
