Role : Workday Security Analyst
Job Description :
- Resolve Service NAB tickets for all Workday security-related issues, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives ensuring all tickets are properly documented, prioritized, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Be responsible for employee/ config data gathering, transformation, mapping, and cleansing, then performing and monitoring mass data loads using tools like EIB, ensuring data accuracy, error handling, and providing post-load validation and support.
- Serve as a SME for Workday security and map the security approval matrix.
- Implement testing efforts within P&C Systems ensuring smooth user acceptance testing (UAT) and Integrated testing.
- Stay up to date with Workday updates, releases, and industry best practices to enhance system capabilities.
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues for their role in configuration and testing.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years Workday experience with expertise in Workday security and any other areas such as HCM, compensation, benefits, recruiting, and absence.
- Workday Certified in Security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot Workday technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with escalation and conflict resolution skills.
- Works under general direction, must be able to work independently.
