Day-to-Day Description :

One of our largest Financial Technology partners is looking to bring on a Workday Quality Assurance Engineer local to Chennai India. This person will be focused on the Human Capital Management, Time & Absence, Payroll, Common HR Business Process, Task, and Report modules of Workday.

They will be responsible for using QA automation through TOSCA as well to assist with backlog test cases.

This candidate must be willing to receive an AS1 or AS2 certification upon onboarding and report to the office in Chennai five times per week.

Must Haves :

- 4-9 years experience within Quality Assurance Engineering.

- 2+ years experience within Quality Assurance Automations specifically using TOSCA.

- Previous Financial Industry experience specifically with monetary systems.

- Experience with Workday modules : Human Capital Management /Time & Absence /Payroll/Common HR Business process/ Task/ reports.

- Proficiency in testing data mining skills.

- Knowledge on Security group and Roles.

- Custom report generation experience.

- CSV and PECI file validation experience.

- Testing and defect life cycle experience.

- Test and defect management tools experience.

Plusses :

- AS1 or AS2 certification.
