Workday/Prism Developer

Job Title : Workday Report / Prism Developer

Experience : 4-6 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Migrate approximately 130 existing SQL Server reports into Workday scheduled reports, ensuring seamless transition and integration within the Workday environment.

- Assist in designing, developing, and delivering new reports to support current and future business requirements.

- Support efforts to reduce SQL dependency by optimizing reporting workflows and automating processes within Workday and Prism.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective Workday reports.

- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to upskill the existing team, enabling them to manage BAU reporting activities effectively.

- Ensure high-quality deliverables, adhering to project timelines and standards.

Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Workday reporting, Prism reporting tools.

- Proven experience in migrating reports from SQL Server to Workday.

- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and reporting capabilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines.
