We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Prism Analytics Consultant to design, build, and deploy enterprise-wide data integration and analytics solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex financial/HR data and actionable business intelligence by bringing external data into Workday Prism, blending it with Workday foundational data, and delivering high-impact pipelines and reports.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Data Architecture & Pipeline Development :

- Design and build robust data ingestion pipelines from external sources (e.g., Salesforce, legacy ERPs, data warehouses) into Workday Prism.

- Perform complex data transformation, blending, and modeling using Prism Functions, Joins, and Groupings.

2. Report & Dashboard Authoring :

- Create advanced reports, Discovery Boards, and operational dashboards utilizing Prism Data Sources (PDS).

- Ensure seamless integration of Prism data into standard Workday components, including Matrix reports and Composite reports.

3. Client Consultation & Requirement Gathering :

- Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders (Finance, HR, IT) to translate complex data requirements into scalable technical designs.

- Provide expert guidance on data governance, security scoping, and Prism best practices.

4. Security & Optimization :

- Implement and manage Workday Prism security frameworks, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy regulations and role-based access control (RBAC).

- Optimize pipeline performance and troubleshoot data sync or publication errors.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Certification (Mandatory) : Must possess an active Workday Prism Analytics certification. Applications without this certification will not be considered.

- Workday Expertise : 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience implementing and configuring Workday Prism Analytics.
