Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Integration Consultant with strong expertise in Overseas (OUS) Payroll Integrations and Workday Integration technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integrations between Workday HCM and global third-party payroll systems. The role requires hands-on experience with Workday Integration Cloud, Cloud Connect for Third-Party Payroll (CCTPP), PECI, Core Connector : Worker (CCW), Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), XSLT, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP).

The consultant will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and accurate payroll integrations for multiple countries. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of international payroll processes, inbound and outbound payroll interfaces, reconciliation, payroll validation, and troubleshooting complex integration issues.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain Workday payroll integrations with global third-party payroll vendors.

- Build outbound integrations to transmit employee, compensation, benefits, and payroll data from Workday to payroll providers.

- Develop inbound integrations to load payroll results, deductions, taxes, costing information, and payroll adjustments back into Workday.

- Configure and support Cloud Connect for Third-Party Payroll (CCTPP) integrations for international payroll processing.

- Develop and maintain Payroll Effective Change Interface (PECI) integrations for payroll vendors.

- Support legacy Payroll Interface Common Output Format (PICOF) integrations where applicable.

- Develop and configure Core Connector: Worker (CCW) and Workday Enterprise Interface Connector (WECI) integrations.

- Design and develop complex integrations using Workday Studio.

- Create and manage integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).

- Develop and maintain XML transformations using XSLT for payroll data mapping and formatting.

- Consume and develop integrations using Workday REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external payroll vendors to gather integration requirements and define technical solutions.

- Perform end-to-end testing, payroll reconciliation, data validation, and issue resolution.

- Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and payroll processing issues.

- Monitor scheduled integrations and ensure timely processing of payroll interfaces.

- Implement robust exception handling, logging, monitoring, and alert mechanisms.

- Ensure compliance with global payroll regulations, data privacy standards, and organizational security policies.

- Support payroll transformation initiatives, system upgrades, Workday releases, and production deployments.

- Prepare technical design documents, integration specifications, mapping documents, and operational support documentation.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and deployment activities.

- Provide production support and resolve critical payroll integration incidents within SLA timelines.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in Workday Integrations.

- Strong experience implementing and supporting global payroll integrations.

- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, PECI, CCW, CCTPP, and Workday Integration Cloud.

- Experience integrating Workday with international payroll providers.

- Strong understanding of payroll business processes across multiple countries.

- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
