We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Developer with mandatory active Workday Integration Certification and proven full-stack development experience.

This role is essential for a large-scale project involving a high volume of complex integrations across Workday's Finance, HCM, Benefits, and Payroll modules.

The Developer will be responsible for end-to-end integration design, development, security, and rigorous unit testing, requiring significant time and focused effort during core EST business hours.

Key Responsibilities :

Workday Integration Development (Mandatory) :

- Design, develop, and maintain complex Workday integrations across the Finance, HCM, Benefits, and Payroll modules using the full suite of Workday tools.

- Expertly utilize Workday Studio for highly complex and custom integrations, implementing best practices for performance and error handling.

- Develop integrations using EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Cloud Connectors, and Workday Integration Center for efficient inbound and outbound data transfers.

- Implement and manage specific ACH (Automated Clearing House) integrations to support financial and payroll processes.

Full-Stack Development and Security :

- Leverage full-stack development experience (both front-end and back-end) to support integration requirements and related applications.

- Utilize JavaScript and other relevant programming languages to build or enhance integration components and custom APIs.

- Ensure robust security is embedded into all integration development work, adhering to cloud security best practices and Workday security models.

Testing and Documentation (Critical) :

- Perform comprehensive Unit Testing for all developed integrationsthe candidate must be able to clearly articulate unit testing methodologies and processes.

- Implement automation testing strategies where feasible to increase integration quality and release velocity.

- Create and maintain thorough technical documentation, including detailed integration design documents, mapping specifications, and technical specifications.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable) :

- Certification : Active Workday Certification in Integrations is REQUIRED.

- Workday Modules : Hands-on experience across Workday Finance, HCM, Benefits, and Payroll.

- Integration Tools : Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Cloud Connectors, and Workday Integration Center.

- Integration Types : Experience with ACH integration, inbound, and outbound integrations.

- Testing : Proven experience with Unit Testing (must be able to explain clearly).

- Development : 5+ years of experience with security and integration development.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with additional programming languages relevant to cloud integration development (e.g., XSLT, Java).

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Prior experience managing high-volume, large-scope integration projects.
