Hiring Workday Integration Developer.

Experience : 6+ Years.

Locations : Hyderabad and Bangalore.

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer to join our team and drive the design, development, and support of complex Workday integrations.

Role Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations.

- Collaborate with Integration Leads, Tech Leads, and Project Managers.

- Gather requirements and build integration prototypes.

- Maintain and enhance existing integrations, resolving defects as needed.

- Contribute to integration solution design and documentation.

- Support knowledge transfer to team members when required.

- Track issues and risks, communicate status, and escalate concerns.

- Work effectively with geographically distributed teams.

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years of Workday integration experience.

- Hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio.

- Strong experience developing complex integrations using Workday Studio / SSK.

- Strong Experience in XSLT 3.0.

- Knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas, including Payroll.

- Solid understanding of Workday security.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.

Good-to-Have :

- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft.

- Exposure to at least one third-party integration framework.

- Experience building and supporting Payroll, Recruitment, and Talent Management web services
