Job Summary :

We are seeking a hands-on Workday Integration Developer with strong expertise in Fortra GoAnywhere MFT to design, develop, and support secure, scalable integrations across Workday HCM, Finance, and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring reliable data movement, compliance, and operational excellence across HR and Finance platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using :

1. Workday Studio

2. Core Connectors

3. Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

4. Workday Web Services & APIs

- Support integrations across Workday HCM modules including Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Core HCM.

- Develop and enhance inbound and outbound integrations to third-party vendors and internal systems.

- Build, configure, and manage secure file transfers using GoAnywhere MFT.

- Automate workflows, scheduling, encryption, and error handling for integration processes.

- Ensure secure data exchange using industry-standard encryption and compliance practices.

- Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

- Optimize existing integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Align integration designs with enterprise architecture and security standards.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures and production issues.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and support guides.

- Participate in release management, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Workday Web Services.

- Solid understanding of Workday business processes and HCM data models.

- Experience supporting Workday integrations in production environments.

- Proven experience with Fortra GoAnywhere MFT for secure file transfer and automation.

- Scripting knowledge using Python, Shell, or PowerShell for integration workflows.

- Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, and data transformations.

- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Strong understanding of data security, encryption, and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience integrating Workday with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.

- Exposure to compliance-driven environments (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).

- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
