Desired Experience Range : 5+ Yrs

Must-Have :

- At least 2-3 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio

- Experience in development of complex Integrations using Studio / SSK is a must

- Knowledge of XSLT3.0

- General knowledge and design of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas including payroll

- Good understanding of Workday security

- Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player

Good-to-Have :

- Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these will be an added advantage

- Use of at least 1 third party integration framework is preferred but not required

- Experience in creation and support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management web-services is added advantage

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

- Work independently or with Integration Lead/Tech Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in integrations delivery

- Gather requirements and prototype the integrations

- Maintain continuously and support current integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary

- Perform design, development, testing and deployment of integrations

- Partner with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation

- Facilitate transfer of knowledge to associates on the developed integrations, if and when Client desires

- Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns

- Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
