Workday Integration Consultant - Middleware Solutions

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with strong expertise in Workday SPOKE, Workday Studio, and ServiceNow HRSD integrations. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support secure, scalable integrations between Workday and enterprise platforms, ensuring data accuracy, security, and seamless system interoperability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build and maintain secure, scalable APIs and middleware solutions

- Lead integrations between Workday and ServiceNow HRSD, including Integration Hub and Workday Spoke

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring system stability and performance

- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and integration specifications

- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities

Required Skills :

- Proven expertise in Workday Spoke for ServiceNow Integration Hub

- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs

- Experience with authentication and security protocols such as OAuth and SAML

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in Workday and HRSD integrations, with significant hands-on use of Workday SPOKE
