We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing Workday integration solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Calculated Fields, Reporting, Payroll Integrations, and XSLT transformations. The candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable integration solutions that support business processes across HR, Payroll, Finance, and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions based on business and technical requirements.

- Build and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio, including both inbound and outbound integrations.

- Develop integrations utilizing advanced Studio concepts such as Error Handling, Listener Services, Message Queues, Custom Beans, and Web Service operations using HTTP POST methods.

- Design and implement template-based integrations using Core Connectors and Workday-delivered integration technologies such as Cloud Connect for Workers (CCW), Document Transformation (DT), Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Position Connector, and End-to-End Connectors.

- Develop and support Payroll integrations using Custom PECI, PICOF, GPC, and other payroll-related connectors.

- Create and maintain complex calculated fields by leveraging multiple business objects to meet client-specific reporting and integration requirements.

- Design, develop, and optimize advanced custom reports to support business operations, integrations, audits, and compliance requirements.

- Build and manage both inbound and outbound Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations for data loading, extraction, and synchronization activities.

- Utilize XSLT 2.0 and XSLT 3.0 to transform XML data into formats required by downstream applications and third-party systems.

- Develop and consume Workday Web Services, REST APIs, and SOAP services to facilitate seamless system integrations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and production issues while ensuring minimal business impact.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, HR teams, Payroll teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Participate in integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-production support.

- Maintain technical documentation, integration design documents, and operational support procedures.

- Ensure integrations adhere to Workday best practices, security standards, and organizational governance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workday Integration Development.

- Strong expertise in Workday Studio integrations, including advanced Studio concepts and web service operations.

- Hands-on experience with Core Connectors such as CCW, PECI, PICOF, GPC, DT, Position Connector, and Workday-delivered integration frameworks.

- Experience developing and maintaining inbound and outbound EIB integrations.

- Strong knowledge of Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Business Objects.

- Proficiency in XML, XSLT 2.0/3.0, XPath, and data transformation techniques.

- Experience working with SOAP, REST APIs, HTTP, and Workday Web Services.

- Strong understanding of Payroll, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Workday business processes.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting multiple integration projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Workday Integration Certification is preferred.

- Experience supporting global Workday implementations and Payroll integrations.

- Knowledge of Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent modules.

- Exposure to middleware technologies and enterprise integration platforms will be an added advantage.
