Workday Integration Consultant

Position : Workday Integration Consultant

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience : 6+ Years

Contract Duration : 3 - 4 Months

Notice Period : 0 - 15 Days

Key Responsibilities :

- Build integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder).

- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure integration solutions.

- Ensure integrations are optimized for performance and aligned with Workday best practices.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand HR, Payroll, and Finance processes for delivering accurate technical solutions.

- Maintain integration documentation, versioning, and change management.

- Stay updated on Workday releases to enhance/upgrade integrations.

Skills Required :

- Workday Studio (complex integrations)

- Core Connectors (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.)

- EIBs (inbound/outbound data loads)

- Proficiency in Workday Web Services (REST, SOAP, WSDL, XML, JSON, XSLT).

- Knowledge of XSLT, XPATH, Java, or scripting languages.

- Deep understanding of Workday HCM data model and security.

- Familiarity with the integration lifecycle (requirements, build, UAT, deployment, monitoring).

- Vendor system experience (e.g., ADP, Kronos, SuccessFactors).

- Strong debugging and issue-resolution skills for tenant & production.

Profile Requirements :

- 6+ years of IT experience with at least 3 - 8 years in Workday Integrations.

- Minimum 2 full-cycle Workday implementation projects as an Integration

Consultant/Developer.

- Workday Integration Certification is required.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
