Job Description :

LWe are looking for a certified Workday Integration Consultant to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party systems.

This role requires deep expertise in Workday's integration tools and a solid understanding of data flow and security protocols.

Workday certification is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and support inbound and outbound integrations using various Workday integration tools such as EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.

- Develop and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio for advanced data transformation and web service calls.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.

- Collaborate with functional and business teams to gather requirements and create technical design documents.

- Work with third-party vendors to manage and test integration endpoints.

- Manage the security and data integrity of all integration processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 59 years of experience in Workday integrations.

- Workday Integration Certification is mandatory.

- Proven hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.

- Strong knowledge of Workday's Public Web Services API.

- Experience with technologies like XSLT, XML, SOAP, REST, and Web Services.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
