Job Overview :

We're looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. With 7-10 years of relevant experience, you'll be instrumental in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday Human Capital Management solutions. This role requires deep functional and technical expertise in Workday HCM modules, a proven track record of successful implementations, and strong client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

- Conduct detailed business process reviews and requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their needs.

- Perform FIT-GAP analysis, identifying necessary configurations, customizations, and process adjustments within Workday HCM.

- Configure and customize various Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, and Payroll (if applicable).

- Design and implement Workday integrations using various tools such as Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, and Workday Studio.

- Develop and maintain complex Workday reports and dashboards using Report Writer and BIRT.

- Provide expert guidance and support during system testing phases, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Conduct workshops and provide training to client teams on Workday functionalities and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to Workday HCM.

- Collaborate effectively with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Contribute to solution design documents, functional specifications, and other project deliverables.

Required Qualifications

- 7-10 years of relevant experience as a Workday HCM Consultant.

- Proven track record of successful full lifecycle Workday HCM implementations.

- In-depth functional and technical expertise in multiple Workday HCM modules, such as Core HCM, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Talent, or Payroll.

- Strong experience with Workday integration tools including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, and Workday Studio.

- Proficiency in Workday Report Writer and an understanding of advanced reporting concepts.

- Solid understanding of HR business processes and how they translate into Workday functionalities.

- Experience in conducting requirements gathering and FIT-GAP analysis.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
