Role & Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end Workday Core HCM implementations and configuration efforts across requirements, design, build, test and deployment phases.
- Design, develop and support integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect and partner APIs; ensure secure Integration System User setups.
- Configure Business Processes, Security Roles, Supervisory Organizations and tenant setup to meet global HR policies and compliance needs.
- Build advanced Workday reports, calculated fields and dashboards to enable HR analytics and operational reporting requirements.
- Run testing cycles (unit, system, integration), manage defect triage, and drive user-acceptance testing with HR and business stakeholders.
- Provide post-go-live support, release upgrade planning, knowledge transfer and end-user training to ensure adoption and stability.
