Job Description :

We are looking for a certified and experienced Workday Functional Consultant with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience across key Workday modules. The ideal candidate must have been part of at least two end-to-end Workday implementations and bring deep functional expertise in HR processes and Workday HCM suite.

This role demands strong functional knowledge, client-facing experience, and the ability to work across multiple modules in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Workday functional subject matter expert across multiple modules including : Core HCM, Security, Core & Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance Management, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Reporting, and Prism Analytics

- Participate in all phases of Workday implementations : requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

- Conduct workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.

- Translate HR business processes into system configurations and design functional specifications.

- Support testing cycles including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and parallel testing.

- Provide production support, resolve functional issues, and implement enhancements as needed.

- Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations and reporting needs.

- Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and propose improvements to enhance system effectiveness.
