About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Financial Consultant (Integration + Admin) to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday Financials, with hands-on experience in Workday integrations, EIBs, Studio, RaaS, and web services.

This role requires a mix of technical proficiency, functional understanding, and leadership capabilities to drive successful Workday implementations and enhancements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.

- Configure and manage Workday Financial modules, ensuring seamless operation and data integrity.

- Lead and execute data migration/conversion projects from legacy systems (preferably Great Plains) to Workday Financials.

- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution within Workday environments.

- Partner with Finance and HR business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective Workday solutions.

- Manage Workday security, configuration, and business process frameworks as an administrator.

- Lead a team of consultants and developers, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

- Implement and maintain best practices in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.

- Oversee integration governance, testing, and deployment processes across Workday environments.

Required Skills (Must Have) :

- Proven expertise in Workday Studio Development, EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.

- Strong working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, and XSLT.

- Hands-on experience in data migration/conversion from legacy systems (experience with Great Plains is a plus).

- Deep understanding of the system development lifecycle (SDLC), including production support and change management.

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of Workday implementation experience within the Finance domain.

- At least 4+ years of current Workday experience, primarily in Finance (HR exposure acceptable as additional experience).

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related discipline
