Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Finance Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Studio, integration technologies, and data migration in the Finance domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical skills combined with leadership experience in managing consultants, developers, and analysts across full lifecycle Workday implementations.

Required Skills (Must Have) :

- Experience in Workday Studio Development, Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.

- Strong working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT.

- Handled minimum one data migration/conversion from legacy to Workday Financials plus if Great Plains.

- Understanding of system development lifecycle, including production support.

- Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and managing teams of consultants, developers, and analysts.

Qualifications :

- 5 years of experience in Workday Implementation in Finance domain.

- 4 plus current years in Workday mainly Finance.
