Workday Developer - Enterprise Interface Builder

Key Responsibilities & Skills :

Workday Integrations :

- Ability to design, develop, and deploy integrations between Workday and other systems/applications using these tools.

- Skilled in handling inbound and outbound integrations, data transformation, and error handling.

Techno-Functional Expertise :

- Strong knowledge and practical experience in one or more Workday modules such as Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications within Workday.

- Familiar with configuration and customization within these modules to support organizational HR processes.

Agile Methodology Experience :

- Experience working in Agile teams, familiar with Scrum framework.

- Active participant in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.

Reporting :

- Skilled in creating custom reports, calculated fields, matrix reports, and composite reports tailored to business

needs.

- Experience in troubleshooting reporting issues and optimizing report performance.

Additional Skills (optional but valuable) :

- Experience with Workday Calculated Fields, Business Process Framework, and Security configurations.

- Understanding of Workday Tenant Management and periodic maintenance tasks.

- Basic knowledge of Workday Cloud Platform and extensibility options.
