Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Workday Developer with strong technical expertise in Workday integrations and hands-on development.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building, managing, and troubleshooting complex Workday integrations while working closely with functional and business teams.

Primary Skills (Mandatory) :

- 5+ years of experience in Workday integration development and technical leadership.

Strong hands-on expertise in :

- Workday Studio

- Workday Connector Frameworks

- EIB and Core Connectors

- SOAP Web Services

- REST Web Services

- Proven experience managing existing Workday integrations and resolving complex issues.

- Ability to translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, WSDL, JSON, and data transformation concepts.

- Experience with Workday security, Integration System User (ISU) setup, and API authentication.

Nice to Have Skills :

- Workday Integration Certification(s).

- Experience supporting HR, Payroll, Finance, or Time Tracking integrations.

- Exposure to middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or SnapLogic.
