Key Responsibilities :

- Solid experience (25+ years) in Workday Core HCM module implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of Workday HCM business processes, configuration, and security framework.

- Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Business Process Framework and Core HCM objects (organizational management, job profiles, compensation, position management, supervisory organizations).

- Hands-on experience with data migration, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), calculated fields, and Workday reporting.

Nice to Have :

- Deep understanding of the Workday Security framework.

Consulting & Soft Skills :

- Strong consulting skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients.

- Self-starter with accountability for deliverables and independent task management.

- Experience leading or participating in client discovery sessions to gather and document requirements.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
