Workday Consultant - Senior Lead Workday Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM and Workday Financial Management modules.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.

- Oversee and provide technical direction to project teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and timelines.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday issues across multiple modules.

- Drive continuous improvements by identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and implementing solutions to support business outcomes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and project managers.

- Ensure end-to-end delivery of Workday projects, including documentation, testing, validation, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Workday implementation and support.

- Deep expertise in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and strong understanding of HR processes.

- Proficiency in Workday Financial Management and HRIS systems.

- Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, reporting, business processes, and integration points.

- Proven ability to analyze business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend best practices.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving capabilities with experience in overseeing end-to-end project delivery.

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; Workday HCM or Financial certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in IT, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and structured implementation frameworks.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excel in a fast-paced environment.
