Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with hands-on expertise in Workday Prism Analytics to support our Workday initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions within the Workday ecosystem, especially using Prism to enhance reporting and data integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.

- Design, develop, and implement Workday Prism data pipelines, datasets, and lenses.

- Integrate Prism with external and internal data sources.

- Optimize data transformation and modeling in Prism to enable efficient analytics.

- Build dashboards and custom reports in Workday leveraging Workday Reporting, Prism, and Composite Reporting.

- Provide best practices for data governance, security, and compliance in Workday Prism.

- Support Workday HCM, Finance, or other modules depending on project needs.

- Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and end-user training as needed.

- Stay updated with Workdays bi-annual releases and provide recommendations on enhancements.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant.

- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics.

- Deep understanding of Workday Data Sources, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and Workday Security.

- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and integrating 3rd party data sources into Workday Prism.

- Strong SQL skills (for data prep and validation).

- Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
