About the Role :


We are looking for a highly skilled and technically strong Workday Consultant with proven hands-on experience in the Benefits, Security, and Compensation modules of Workday HCM(Configuration). This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team, delivering cutting-edge HR technology solutions and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Note: Workday certification is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong technical expertise and implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead configuration and deployment of Compensation modules

- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and conduct fit-gap analysis.

- Build and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and business processes in Workday.

- Ensure robust security configurations and compliance with enterprise and legal data standards.

- Support end-to-end implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and post-go-live support activities.

- Work closely with functional teams for integrations, UAT, data validation, and cutover activities.

- Provide technical troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing system maintenance.

- Train end users and prepare documentation for knowledge transfer and support continuity.

- Continuously optimize system configuration based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications :


- Hands-on experience as a Workday Consultant in medium to large-scale environments.

- Deep understanding of Workday Benefits, Security, and Compensation modules.

- Proven track record of full lifecycle Workday implementations and support.

Strong skills in :


- Business process configuration

- Calculated fields

- Condition rules

- Security groups and domain configuration

- Parallel Processing

- Solid understanding of HR business processes, compliance frameworks, and data protection.

-Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills :


- Workday Certification in Benefits, Security, HCM or Compensation modules.

- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, or other integration tools.

- Familiarity with other HCM modules such as Time Tracking, Recruiting, or Payroll.

- Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining quality and timelines
