Key Responsibilities :


- Support and manage Workday module enhancements, with a focus on Workday HCM.


- Document business processes and requirements in Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).


- Translate stakeholder and user needs into clear, actionable user stories.


- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.


- Monitor and report sprint metrics such as velocity, burndown, and milestone progress.


- Oversee release management, including updates to release notes and communication with key stakeholders.


- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.


- Proactively identify and resolve blockers to maintain delivery momentum and operational efficiency.


Required Qualifications :


- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within HR or IT domains.


- Proven experience supporting Workday module enhancements (strong preference for Workday HCM).


- Prior Scrum Master experience or certification, with strong understanding of Agile methodologies.


- Proficiency in managing and streamlining workflows and user stories in Jira.


- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Exposure to Workday Recruit or other Workday modules.


- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.


- Experience with technical integrations and system implementations.
