Role Overview :

As a Workato Technical Architect, you will lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, resilient, and secure automation solutions using the Workato iPaaS platform. You'll act as a strategic advisor, hands-on architect, and technical mentor, driving best practices across complex enterprise integrations.

What You'll Do :

- Architect and guide enterprise-scale Workato implementations

- Mentor engineers on recipe design, connectors, error handling, observability & security

- Define integration standards, governance models, naming conventions & environment strategies

- Conduct client workshops to understand As-Is systems and define To-Be integration architecture

- Translate business requirements into robust technical and functional designs

- Oversee recipe development, testing, deployment & optimization

- Build reusable frameworks for logging, monitoring, and error handling

- Optimize integrations for performance, scalability & task efficiency

- Ensure compliance with Workato GEAR framework & iPaaS best practices

- Provide post-implementation support, tuning & enhancements

What We're Looking For

Deep expertise in Workato (recipes, connectors, callable recipes, SDK, On-Prem Agent, workspaces)

Strong understanding of iPaaS architecture, cloud-native & serverless patterns

Experience with integration governance, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies

Proven ability to collaborate with business & technical stakeholders

Experience leading business & technical workshops

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have (Big Plus!) :

- Workato Technical Architect Certification

- Prior consulting / client-facing experience

- Experience migrating from other iPaaS platforms to Workato

- Knowledge of SAP ECC, EWM, FICO integrations

- Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD for integration deployments
