- Build and deploy complex Workato recipes using Ruby, JavaScript, and Workato connectors.

- Define and implement best practices for integrations and automation across enterprise systems.

- Collaborate with business units and Business Systems POCs to analyze requirements and deliver aligned technical solutions.

- Design and manage alert frameworks, exception handling, automated recovery, and resolution mechanisms for recipe failures.

- Perform performance tuning and optimization of recipes across design, development, and operations.

- Support all testing cycles, including integration testing, end-to-end business process testing, and UAT.

- Work with integration standards and transports including SFTP, SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and JSON.

- Demonstrate strong understanding of database concepts with hands-on SQL expertise.

- Deliver high-quality work with initiative and self-motivation while meeting timelines for stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills :

- Workato (Certification preferred/required)

- TIBCO or other integration platforms experience

- EMS (Enterprise Messaging Systems)

- SQL and database experience

- Cloud integration experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP

- Experience with Workato connectors, custom API integrations, TIBCO EMS, and Mashery

- Understanding of API Gateway vs. Workato API Management

Desired Skills :

- Proficiency in Python, Ruby, or other scripting languages

- Strong understanding of APIs and integration patterns
