- Proven, hands-on development experience in at least one significant migration project from a traditional middleware platform (like TIBCO, MuleSoft) to a modern iPaaS solution.

- Experience contributing to the design and architecture of complex integration solutions.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical details clearly to team members and immediate counterparts.

- A strong background in a language like Java or Python is required, as it demonstrates a solid understanding of fundamental software engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade integrations using WORKATO

- Lead or contribute to migration projects from traditional middleware platforms (such as TIBCO, MuleSoft, or similar) to modern iPaaS solutions

- Participate in the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions

- Develop and optimize recipes, connectors, workflows, and APIs within WORKATO

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into integration solutions

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing integrations to ensure reliability and performance
