Job Description
Job Requirements :
- Hands-on expertise in Workato (minimum 3 years) with agentic AI workflows, recipes, and connectors.
- Experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines and agent-based AI systems.
- Customer-facing engineering experience, including delivering tailored solutions and managing deployments.
- Integration and automation expertise (APIs, middleware, ESB, BPM, SOA, RPA, cloud apps such as Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Workday).
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Ruby for extending Workato recipes and implementing custom logic.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and agent-based AI systems using Workato.
- Deliver tailored solutions to clients, manage deployments, and ensure client success.
- Extend Workato recipes and implement custom logic using Python, Java, or Ruby.
- Contribute to process improvement and knowledge base documentation.
- Translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
