UI/UX Designer

Role and Responsibilities :

As a UI/UX Designer at WonderBotz, you will play a key role in designing intuitive, engaging, and responsive user interfaces for both client-facing applications and in-house products. You will collaborate closely with business SMEs, product owners, automation teams, and developers to ensure seamless user experience and high-quality design delivery. This role is part of a growing, dynamic team committed to helping clients maximize the value of their digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

User Research & Requirements :

- Participate in workshops and interviews with business SMEs to gather, validate, and document UI/UX requirements.

- Support senior designers in understanding user pain points, workflows, and functional expectations.

UI/UX Design & Prototyping

- Create wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity prototypes, user flows, and design specifications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

- Design responsive, accessible, and mobile-friendly interfaces that adapt to multiple screen sizes and devices.

- Conduct usability testing to identify design improvements and translate insights into updated UI solutions.

Design Implementation & Collaboration:

- Work closely with automation/RPA, .NET, and web development teams to ensure the UI integrates smoothly with backend systems and application components.

- Provide clear design guidelines, style guides, and assets to enable efficient development handoffs.

- Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and ensure adherence to WonderBotz design standards and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills :

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools : Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe XD, etc.

- Proven expertise in creating responsive web and mobile UI designs.

- Experience conducting usability testing, user research, and incorporating insights into design iterations.

- Ability to create visual aids such as wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes.

- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery) to collaborate effectively with developers.

Preferred / Good to Have :

- Experience working with front-end frameworks like AngularJS or React (for collaboration, not development-heavy coding).

- Familiarity with design principles : accessibility, information architecture, design systems, color theory, typography, and layout.
