- Improve service reliability, performance, and resource utilisation.
- Debug production issues using logs, metrics, and profiling.
- Contribute to system design and architectural discussions.
- Write maintainable, well-tested, and idiomatic Go.
- Participate in code reviews and improve engineering practices.
What We're Looking For :
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.

- Good understanding of Go concurrency - goroutines, channels, mutexes, and context.
- Good networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP vs. UDP, DNS, TLS, timeouts, retries, and connection management, along with a basic understanding of NAT, latency, and packet loss.
- Understanding of backend and distributed systems concepts.
- Experience building and debugging production services.
- Good understanding of software design and modular architecture.
- Experience with Linux, Git, and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with databases and APIs.
Good to Have :
- Experience with WebSockets or other real-time communication technologies.
- Familiarity with NATS, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or similar monitoring tools.
- Exposure to edge or IoT systems.
- Experience working on networking-heavy applications.
- Exposure to video streaming or media systems.
- Familiarity with RTSP, WebRTC, HLS, or RTMP.
- Experience with FFmpeg, GStreamer, or MediaMTX.
How We Work :
- We use Microsoft Teams for daily communication, including standups and team meetings.
- Our culture values open discussion, ownership, and a founder's mindset.
- We prioritize exceptional design, UI/UX, thorough documentation, clear to-do lists, and data-driven decision-making.
- Team bonding is encouraged through bi-monthly townhalls, destressing sessions with a certified healer, and biannual company retreats.
- We offer a fully remote workplace, comprehensive health insurance, attractive equity options for top performers, mental health consultations, company-sponsored upskilling courses, designated growth hours, 40 hours annually for community causes, and access to a financial advisor.
