1. Validation of 802.11 Wireless LAN products (Wi-Fi)

2. Validation of WLAN products (Access Point/AP Router/ AP controllers/Station Cards)

3. Expertise on Test plan creation, test bed design and implementation, familiarity with preparing functional and system test plans.

4. Experience in Unix/Linux is needed

5. Should be able to identify and debug issues and to track them.

6. To report on bug metrics and status updates. - Release testing of WLAN solutions (automated and manual)

- Setting up test beds and other required provision for testing of Atheros products

- Test plan updating and creating new test plan for new products

- Bug reporting and follow up activities to resolve the bugs

- Work with the development team for debugging and recreating the bugs

- Automation of the testing process using Perl script with the existing frame work

7. Responsibilities:

Qualifications: - Bachelors in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Electronics/IT or equivalent degree

- Basic knowledge in programming and scripting

- Experience with Windows or Embedded Linux and/or other RTOS environments

- 2 years of working experience in WLAN or networking products is an added advantage

- Experience in setting up test beds for testing of networking equipments and developing test plans
