This role involves designing and developing advanced Wi-Fi features, working closely with PrplOS-based platforms, and supporting end-to-end product lifecycle including certification and customer issue resolution.

You will be part of a core engineering team responsible for high-performance, scalable, and secure Wi-Fi solutions used in production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and validate Wi-Fi software features for gateways and extenders

- Implement new features on PrplOS and embedded Linux platforms

- Work with Wi-Fi management frameworks such as EasyMesh, AirTies, OpenSync

- Debug complex Wi-Fi performance, connectivity, and stability issues

- Participate in Wi-Fi certification processes and compliance testing

- Analyze customer-reported issues and provide technical root-cause analysis

- Collaborate with firmware, platform, QA, and customer support teams

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of IEEE 802.11 standards (Wi-Fi 4 / 5 / 6 / 7)

- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP internals and protocols like DHCP, DNS, HTTP

- Hands-on experience with Linux OS and PrplOS

- Strong programming skills in C / C++ and shell scripting

- Experience using Git / GitHub or similar version control systems

- Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
