Are you a skilled WLAN Developer with a passion for wireless technologies? CORTEX is looking for a talented individual to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, debugging, and optimizing WLAN drivers and firmware. We're seeking a candidate with a strong background in Linux, networking, and a solid understanding of IEEE 802.11 standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain WLAN device drivers for the Linux kernel, ensuring compatibility and high performance.

- Debug and troubleshoot complex issues related to WLAN connectivity, performance, and stability.

- Design and implement WLAN firmware enhancements and new features for 802.11ac/n/ax/be standards.

- Optimize wireless performance through firmware enhancements and driver-level optimizations.

- Port and cross-compile software for various hardware platforms and embedded systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and QA, to ensure seamless integration and quality.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in wireless technologies and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience with WLAN Linux Device Driver development.

- In-depth knowledge of WLAN Debugging techniques and tools.

- Hands-on experience with WLAN Firmware development, particularly with 802.11ac/n/ax/be standards.

- Solid understanding of Networking/Wireless Domain knowledge, including TCP/IP, UDP, and RF concepts.

- Proficiency in cross-compiling and porting software for different architectures.

- Proven experience in Performance optimization & Firmware enhancements.

- Excellent C programming skills and familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Bash.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
