WLAN Developer - Embedded C Programming

We are hiring experienced WLAN Developers with a strong background in Embedded C, Linux device drivers, and wireless networking protocols for our expanding teams across India.

Experience Required : 2.5 to 12 Years in Embedded Systems, WLAN Development, or related wireless technologies

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain WLAN Linux device drivers (802.11ax preferred)

- Implement and enhance WLAN firmware for performance, stability, and scalability

- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate and test wireless features on embedded platforms

- Perform in-depth debugging and root cause analysis of WLAN issues in embedded Linux

- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot protocol-level issues

- Stay updated with latest wireless standards and contribute to architecture decisions

Mandatory Skills :

- Proficiency in Embedded C programming

- Deep knowledge of Linux internals and device driver development

- Strong experience with WLAN firmware and stack development

- Debugging expertise in 802.11 (n/ac/ax) protocols

- Hands-on with tools like Wireshark, GDB, etc.

- Familiarity with Networking/Wireless domain fundamentals

Good to Have (Preferred Skills) :

- Knowledge of RTOS or Real-Time systems

- Experience working on chipsets like Qualcomm, Broadcom, etc.

- Exposure to open-source wireless stacks

- Understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and QoS
