Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale, n-tier applications.

- Build scalable, high-performance, low-latency, client-facing applications.

- Develop and maintain Microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Create high-level and low-level technical designs for complex business solutions.

- Implement efficient Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Multithreading concepts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy new features.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Follow coding standards, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have Skills :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 5.0 and above).

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, Algorithms, and Multithreading.

- Experience in designing and developing enterprise-scale applications.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise design patterns and application architecture.

- Experience working with RDBMS (preferably Sybase).

- Experience with Apache CXF or similar web service frameworks.

- Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.

- Excellent coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
