Role : Wireless/Wi-Fi Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Wireless/Wi-Fi Architect with a strong development background to lead the design and evolution of next-generation wireless connectivity solutions. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, architectural vision, and leadership skills to drive scalable, secure, and high-performance wireless systems across embedded, edge, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design scalable, high-performance wireless solutions across embedded devices, edge, and cloud platforms.

- Collaborate with hardware, software, and product teams to align architecture with business and product goals.

- Evaluate and integrate third-party wireless modules, SDKs, and open-source stacks.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, protocols, and industry standards; contribute to standards bodies/consortiums.

- Perform performance tuning, debugging, and profiling of wireless systems.

- Lead architecture design for enterprise-grade wireless deployments and cloud-managed networks.

- Ensure compliance with security protocols, certificate-based authentication, and zero-trust architecture.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in wireless software development and architecture.

- Strong background in Wi-Fi/wireless protocols, networking, and system design.

- Experience with SDN/NFV, network virtualization, and modern wireless architectures.

- Proven expertise in performance optimization, debugging, and profiling of wireless systems.

- Exposure to enterprise-scale wireless deployments and cloud-managed network solutions.

- In-depth knowledge of wireless security protocols, authentication mechanisms, and zero-trust frameworks.

- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
