- Administer and manage Windows Servers.

- Perform system backups and recovery.

- Administer MSSQL and MySQL databases.

- Implement and maintain server security measures.

- Work with virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper-V.

- Troubleshoot and resolve server-related tickets of low to medium complexity.

- Own, respond to, resolve, and update assigned tickets, including escalated issues.

- Ensure adherence to customer SLAs at all levels.

- Collaborate effectively with other system administrators and support team members.

- Proven experience administering Windows Server environments.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ownership and follow-through in completing tasks.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in the web hosting industry is preferred.
