Workstreams Youd Will Own (Like a Boss!) :

- Lead and grow a team of engineers to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality software solutions

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful features

- Drive engineering excellence by setting and enforcing coding standards, best practices, and processes

- Own the technical roadmap, planning, and execution of key product initiatives

- Mentor and guide engineers in their technical and career growth

- Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent

- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high performance and availability standards

- Proactively identify technical debt, architectural gaps, and opportunities for innovation

Key Qualifications! :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong foundation in system design, architecture, and scalability

- 4+ years of experience in leading and managing engineering teams

- Strong expertise in Java, Python, Node.js, React, AWS, etc

- Proven track record of building and delivering complex products at scale

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- A hands-on mindset with the ability to balance people management and technical oversight

- Exposure to startup culture or fast-paced, high-growth environments

- Contributions to open-source projects or active tech community involvement
