Wintel Engineer - Windows Server Administration

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022).

- Manage VMware vSphere infrastructure including ESXi hosts, vCenter, and virtual machines.

- Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.).

- Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.

- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools.

- Monitor system health and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.

- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure and application needs.

- Maintain documentation and follow ITIL-based change management processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.

- 3+ years of experience with VMware vSphere and ESXi.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services.

- Strong PowerShell scripting skills.

- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

- Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.

Preferred Certifications :

- AWS Certified SysOps Administrator / Solutions Architect

- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

- Microsoft Certified : Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
