About the Role :

The SAP Architect will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes across SAP environments, ensuring effective integration, compliance, and performance. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient SAP solutions aligned with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Design and implement end-to-end SAP solutions that align with business and technical requirements.

- Lead process mapping, solution architecture, and integration design for SAP modules (GTS / S/4HANA).

- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP implementation and post-go-live support.

- Oversee system configuration, customization, and data migration activities.

- Develop detailed process documentation, ensuring standardization and process transparency.

- Support cutover planning, testing, and deployment across multiple SAP environments.

- Identify system inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance operational performance.

- Ensure adherence to SAP governance, security, and compliance standards.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project teams.

Key Skillsets :

- 58 years of experience in SAP architecture, implementation, or solution design.

- Hands-on expertise in SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) and good understanding of SAP S/4HANA.

- Proficiency in process design, business process reengineering, and documentation.

- Strong experience in integration, migration, and cutover management.

- Familiarity with SAP tools, landscape management, and cloud migration strategies.

- Excellent understanding of data models, authorization concepts, and system performance tuning.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional collaboration.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business problems into technology solutions.

- Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies and project lifecycle management.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field.

- SAP certification in GTS, S/4HANA, or Architecture specialization is preferred.

Additional Details :

- Location : Hyderabad (HDC4A) / Open to PAN India projects.

- Willingness to travel for client engagements (short-term and long-term).
