Role : Windows Administrator

Job Description :

- Experience in managing of IT Infrastructure Services

- Good knowledge on Windows Admin and VMWare admin

- Windows Server 2003/Server 2008/Server 2008 R2/Server 2012/Server 2012 R2

- Well versed on Incident Change and Problem Management Process Creating Baseline documents for Servers Security and environment

- Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of Windows Physical Virtual Servers Builds Configuration

- Root Cause analysis and Problem Management

- Incident, Problem and Change records as per the ITIL Standards

- Windows Server Administration User Account Management and Access Rights Management

- Web Server Management and Troubleshooting Experience

- Patching experience for windows server and cluster servers

- Understanding on Installation and Management of AD, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS.

- Experience in Multi Domain and Location Environments Proactive Management Basic troubleshooting knowledge on Windows

- Good Experience on Server Hardware Work on Incident Changes and Problems

- Create and document all actions practices procedures and processes

- Communicate issue status to customers in accordance with defined SLA''s

- Provide timely follow up to user questions according to established SLA''s
