Key Responsibilities :


- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Servers (2012R2, 2016, and 2019).

- Perform Windows Server setup and deployment with a strong understanding of underlying configurations.

- Configure and troubleshoot WSUS and Windows patching related issues.

- Monitor server health and system performance, including CPU, memory, and disk utilization.

- Perform disk space checks and ensure system sanity.

- Review system error logs and investigate user-reported errors.

- Manage user access controls, permissions, and security policies.

- Monitor and optimize system performance using tools like PerfMon and other diagnostic utilities.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, hangs, and system crashes.

- Maintain server architecture security and perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.

- Handle user profile management and ensure smooth access across systems.

- Patch and update Windows Servers to ensure compliance and stability.

- Configure and manage Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and printing services.

- Manage and support server management tools and related applications.

- Perform application installations, updates, and configurations as required.

- Manage and troubleshoot Remote File Systems (SMB) and related file-sharing issues.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Windows Administrator.

- Proficient in Windows Server operating systems (2012R2, 2016, 2019).

- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access management.

- Experience in WSUS configuration, patch management, and system monitoring tools.

- Familiarity with server performance troubleshooting, including logs and event analysis.

- Knowledge of backup and restore procedures, security best practices, and file system management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
