Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site Windows Administrator role located in Gurugram. The Windows Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including system administration, troubleshooting, technical support, network administration, and information technology management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers and OS.

- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.

- Monitor system and security logs; resolve incidents proactively.

- Operate and maintain virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).

- Oversee test lab environments for system and software testing.

- Perform regular backups and support disaster recovery.

- Ensure patching, updates, and security compliance.

- Provide Tier 2/3 support and maintain technical documentation.

- Manage test lab environments for pre-release validation and functional testing.

Requirements :

- 6+ years in Windows system administration.

- Hands-on experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell preferred).

- Familiarity with test lab setups and functional/release support workflows.

- Experience with backup, recovery, and virtualization platforms.

- Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, AZ-104) preferred.
