Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced TIBCO Integration Engineer with strong hands-on expertise across the TIBCO Product Suite, including TIBCO BPM/iProcess, BusinessWorks (BW 5.x & 6.x), and EMS, to design and deliver large-scale enterprise integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deliver large-scale integration solutions across multiple platforms.

- Perform data analysis, solution design, workflow modeling, and system integration.

- Set up and configure new environments using TIBCO suite of products.

- Develop and support integrations using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x and BW 6.x).

- Implement SOA-based solutions, including SOAP and REST web services.

- Design and implement enterprise integration patterns such as Request-Reply, Publish-Subscribe, and Web Services.

- Develop complex integrations using BusinessWorks and EMS.

- Integrate with TIBCO iProcess using RMI and IAP JMS.

- Deploy TIBCO applications in UNIX/Linux environments.

- Work in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Technical Skills & Expertise :

TIBCO Technologies :

- TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x & 6.x

- TIBCO BPM / iProcess

- TIBCO EMS (5.1+)

- TIBCO Adapters: ADB / FILE / FTP (6.0+)

Integration & Messaging :

- Strong experience with EMS, JMS, ActiveMQ

- Publish-Subscribe and Request-Reply messaging models

- RESTful and SOAP-based integrations

Web Services & SOA :

- Web Services using WSDL, SOAP, HTTP, JMS

- REST services using TIBCO BW5/BW6

- Web service security implementation in TIBCO BW

Data & Transformation :

- Strong hands-on experience with XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath

- Complex XML schema transformations

- Database integration with SQL and PL/SQL

Programming & Frameworks :

- Java & J2EE technologies: Servlets, JSP, Struts, JDBC

- Understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles

- Exposure to TDD / DDD is a plus

Operating Systems :

- Application deployment and support on UNIX/Linux
