We are seeking an experienced Vue. js & TypeScript Technical Lead to lead the design and development of high-performance, scalable web applications.

This role focuses on building advanced frontend solutions using Vue. js and TypeScript, while collaborating closely with C++ engineers, backend teams, product managers, and UX designers to deliver real-time, data-intensive visualization platforms.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and technical leadership, ensuring seamless integration between web-based UI and high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex frontend applications using Vue. js and TypeScript.

- Own and evolve the frontend technical architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

- Collaborate closely with C++ and backend engineering teams to integrate computation-heavy logic with web UI components.

- Act as the technical point of contact between frontend, backend, product, and UX/UI teams.

- Define and enforce best practices for coding standards, performance optimization, testing, and documentation.

- Guide implementation of interactive visualizations and real-time data handling for large datasets.

- Review and design APIs and data interfaces between frontend applications and backend/C++ systems.

- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, especially in data-heavy and real-time environments.

- Mentor frontend engineers, conduct code reviews, and support technical skill development within the team.

- Work with product and design teams to translate business requirements into intuitive and performant user experiences.

- Participate in technical planning, estimation, and architectural decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of overall software development experience, with a strong focus on frontend engineering.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Vue. js (Vue 2/3), Composition API, and component-based architecture.

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, including scalable typing and large-application design patterns.

- Solid experience collaborating with C++ or performance-intensive backend systems (hands-on C++ experience is a strong plus).

- Good understanding of data-heavy or real-time application development.

- Exposure to 3D visualization, WebGL, Three. js, or similar technologies is highly desirable.

- Strong experience in performance profiling, debugging, and optimization.

- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, influence architecture, and mentor team members.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional technical teams.

Nice to Have :

- Experience working with large datasets, visualization platforms, or simulation tools.

- Knowledge of spatial data, 3D concepts, or visualization pipelines.

- Prior experience in product-based or R&D-driven environments
