Willware Technologies is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM development, integrations, workflow automation, and platform customization.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development using JavaScript and Glide APIs along with strong knowledge of CMDB, Service Catalog, and IntegrationHub.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM development.

- Expertise in JavaScript and Glide APIs.

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.

- Hands-on knowledge of IntegrationHub and MID Server.

- Experience in CMDB and Service Catalog.

- Knowledge of Flow Designer and Workflow automation.

- Good understanding of ITIL processes.

- Experience with Service Portal is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Role Expectations :

- Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Work on integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and CMDB solutions.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams for requirement gathering and implementation.

- Provide troubleshooting, enhancement, and support for existing ServiceNow solutions.
