Willware Technologies - ServiceNow Developer - Strategic Portfolio Management

Job Description :

- Develop, customize, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules.

- Design and implement scalable solutions using ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.

- Work on platform customization including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies, and ACLs.

- Develop workflows and automation solutions using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.

- Configure and maintain SPM-related modules and functionalities.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and support enterprise integration requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Ensure proper documentation, testing, deployment, and support activities.

Required Skills :

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- Certified Implementation Specialist Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- 4 to 8 years of relevant ServiceNow development experience.

- Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations and customization projects.

- Ability to independently handle development, enhancement, and support activities.

- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
